All orders placed through eBikesandscooters are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. In the likely event that the product you ordered is not in stock or is a special order, we will inform you as such. Please allow upto 28 days for delivery in rare circumstance

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
