Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened accessories or items with safety seals broken (such as batteries or chargers)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
